Lianhua has cleared four years without a Phase 2C ballot, with applied numbers staying comfortably below vacancy. If you're in the Gangsa Road area and not specifically targeting South View, this is a genuinely pressure-free choice that lets you focus your buying decision elsewhere.

South View is in a different league — Phase 2A, 2B, and 2C have all balloted in almost every year, almost always at SC<1. In 2025, 191 applicants competed for 66 Phase 2A spots. The 1km ring around Choa Chu Kang Loop and Bukit Panjang Ring Road is necessary but not sufficient — even the closest citizens are in a ballot most years, so plan your P1 strategy around that reality.

Zhenghua is one to watch — Phase 2CS has balloted in recent years, and Phase 2A crossed into ballot territory in 2025, which signals that alumni-linked demand is now being stretched. If you're buying in the Zhenghua Drive or Bangkit Road area with this school in mind, factor in that the pressure may continue to build rather than ease.

Whether or not your daughter has a school connection, the numbers here give you genuine flexibility in where you buy.
